"A CaPlaid" Album Project Management (Visit www.acaplaid.us)
Four Carnegie Mellon A Cappella groups set out to produce the first ever Carnegie Mellon A Cappella album available in mainstream digital media markets. I led the project from it's inception in Winter 2010, handing all communication between the four groups involved, the student activities office, University administration, the album producer, and distributors. This involved a significant amount of learning about copyright law, and extensive work with the University General Counsel's Office to determine the best way for Carnegie Mellon to become album producers. "A CaPlaid" was released in November 2013, and is available at www.acaplaid.us.
Events Management and Alumni Engagement

- Alumni Engagement: Reconciliation of alumni contact information from multiple sources and the creation of a master list, Individual contact with as many alumni as possible distributed among all committee members, writing and assembling quarterly newsletters and a yearly activity report, and tracking donation data.
- Gala Planning: Establish event budget, researching and selecting vendors (venue, catering, entertainment), working with vendors for execution of successful event, delegation of event planning tasks to committee members, communication of event details to guests
